Speakers/Entertainment

  • coordinating speakers (C/C)

  • Music and slide show arrangement

Décorating/Catering Team (M/T)

  • Set-up and Takedown

    • How many volunteers?​ no more than (6) couples required.

  • set up of table centerpieces/décor (already have décor needed)

  • planning food menus and coordinating outside vendors

    • Saturday breakfast - Knight of Columbus (Pancake/Egg)​

    • Saturday lunch - Coastal CORE - Example - Burgers, Hot Dogs, salads, chips, etc or Costco - roast beef sandwiches, turkey rolls, salad, pickles, etc  - Chili.

    • Saturday Dinner - Italian catered (M/T)

    • Sunday breakfast - North Count CORE - Continental breakfast

    • Sunday Lunch - Spanish - Box lunch

  • coffee Urns, beverage dispensers, cutlery, utensils, etc, at-cost/discounted (M/T)

  • service coordination for meals 

  • beverage and snack table - refresh table during the day/evening
